What makes our Barbecued Baby Back Ribs so good? We lovingly massage each rack with our own special blend of seasonings we call, for the lack of a better name, “Rib Rub”. The racks are positioned vertically in our smoke shack for 3 hours. All the essential juices are captured in a catch pan below the racks, becoming the backbone of our delicious barbecue sauce. Each rack is basted with plenty of sauce and roasted to order. The finger-licking meat falls off the bone!
